Send in an STL file along with the color, size, infill, and processing level you desire for a quote.

Cancellation Policy

Booking is on a first come first serve basis. Each booking is an appointment to receive a quote for an STL print. You can discuss multiple files in an appointment. Price and timeframe will be discussed during appointment. If agreed upon an invoice will be issued at the conclusion of appointment and print schedule will be confirmed upon payment. To cancel an order please contact us 48 hours before your order is scheduled to begin printing for a full refund. If your order is cancelled less than 48 hours before printing begins, then you will receive a 50% refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has begun. All alterations to the prints including color must be discussed at least 4 days before print. Any alterations that are requested under the 4 day limit will incur a fee proportionate to the cost of materials and expedited shipping. Should a print failure happen, customer will be notified and a discount applied to their order for the delay in receiving their product. All products will be photographed before shipping for quality control. Items that arrive damaged will be replaced if the damaged packaging, damaged item, and if possible, video of the item being delivered damaged is provided.
